    • MC Two Pty Ltd, the consulting firm operated by Joseph Connellan, provided strategic and operational consulting services specialising in developing better housing and disability services.

    • CEO, Supported Housing Limited (SHL)

    • (Now part of Housing Choices Australia)

    • SHL was Australia's largest disability community housing organisation, managing over 900 tenancies. They provided accommodation for people with physical, intellectual, and acquired brain injury as well as people with chronic illnesses, including HIV/AIDS. The agencies do not provide support but work in partnership with 45 support providers, including Government.
